This event brings together Jean-Michel Branquart, writer and actor, and Aymeric Loriaux, pianist, to offer audiences a compelling immersion into the world of Claude Debussy. Beyond his musical legacy, Debussy is revealed here in all his singularity: the son of a rebellious Communard father, acquainted with Verlaine, Mallarmé and the great minds of his time, he revolutionised the musical forms of his era. A visionary aesthete, he ushered in a new age in which music suggests more than it states, and listening becomes an experience that is at once irrational and self-evident to the ear.

This moment seeks to unite music and storytelling, transforming the performance into a narrative and sonic journey that is both intimate and enlightening.

This event is organised in partnership with Arts Détonnants, as part of the cultural initiatives promoted by the Faculty of Law to enrich student life and encourage openness to the arts.
