A single online service

The Study in France platform is completely dematerialised and manages all of the enrolment procedures for an institute of higher education up until the visa request. Just create a private electronic file and follow the instructions.

You can also file your enrolment applicationstalk with the Campus France space for your country and communicate with the institute you wish to enrol in.

You will be asked to pay a fee for this assistance.

Test of Knowledge in French (TCF)

A test will verify applicants’ language level in French (level B2 or TCF superior or equal to 450 points)

Applicants from the following countries are exempt from French test:

  • Students coming from countries where French is an official language (Benin, Burkina Faso, Congo Brazzaville, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Madagascar, Mauritania, Niger,, Senegal, Togo)
  • Holders of DELF B2, DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) or new certificates DALF C1 & C2.
  • Students graduating from french bilingual or francophone sections of secondary education

  • Situation 1 : You have the nationality of the country in which uou are living

If you are preparing a French or European Baccalauréat/A-levels you must enter your academic choices on the “Parcoursup” platform  and follow the steps of the “Studying in France” process.

If you are preparing another degree course, you must make a Preliminary Admission Request (DAP / White File – read instructions) and follow the “Study in France” procedure.

  • Situation 2 : You have the nationality of a country from the EU country

You only need to enter your academic choices on the Parcoursup platform.

Application : Study in France / Espace Admission (2/2)

At the same time as your application on Study in France, if you want to join the 1st year programme, you have to apply on Espace Admission des Facultés de l’Université Catholique de Lille.

  • We will examine every application on condition of receiving the whole documents to be enclosed.
  • Applications are considered with regard in particular to the level of English and knowledge in a second foreign language and international general knowledge (application file + interview + test).

  • Cover letter in English
  • Photocopies of A-level/leaving cert. grades transcript for each semester of last 2 years of study (for non Parcoursup applications).
  • Photocopies of A-level/leaving cert. grades transcript + grades transcript higher education years passed (for classic Parcoursup applications)
  • Language Tests results (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, first certificate in english, Cervantes, Goethe…) : B2 level according to the Common European Framework
  • English teacher’s reference letter (optional)

Academic administrative registration

If your application is approved/held, register yourself on Espace Admission.
