141 graduates celebrated in Issy-les-Moulineaux

On Friday 29 May 2026, the Faculty of Law of the Université Catholique de Lille celebrated the Master’s graduates from its Issy-les-Moulineaux campus during a formal graduation ceremony held at Le Vaisseau. This year, 141 graduates were honoured at this landmark event, joined by their families and friends, academic and administrative staff, and numerous guests.

A cohort defined by excellence and commitment

The 2024-2025 graduating class was named after Mireille Delmas-Marty, in tribute to the distinguished jurist, Professor at the Collège de France and member of the Académie des Sciences Morales et Politiques, whose work has had a profound influence on contemporary legal thinking and the development of a humanist vision of law.

Throughout the ceremony, graduates were recognised for their hard work, perseverance and achievements. Following speeches by Sarah Durelle-Marc, Dean of the Faculty of Law; Aurélie Thieriet-Duquesne and Christophe Bellon, respectively Vice-Dean of the Issy-les-Moulineaux Campus and Vice-Dean for Political and Institutional Relations; Fabienne Liadzé, Deputy Mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux; and Jean-Marc Assié, Vice-President for Strategy and Foresight at the Université Catholique de Lille, graduates were invited onto the stage to receive the Faculty’s congratulations. Class valedictorians were also recognised for their outstanding academic performance.

A moment of celebration and togetherness

The ceremony provided graduates and their families with an opportunity to celebrate the culmination of several years of study and the beginning of a new professional chapter. Following the event, a reception held in the Faculty gardens allowed guests to continue the celebrations in a warm and friendly atmosphere while reconnecting with lecturers and fellow graduates.

We extend our warmest congratulations to the 141 graduates of the Mireille Delmas-Marty class and wish them every success in their future endeavours.
