Professor Sabrina Ragone University of Bologna

Sabrina Ragone is an associate professor of Comparative Law at the University of Bologna (Italy) and senior research affiliate of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Law and International Law, Heidelberg (Germany). Before joining the University of Bologna and the MPIL, she pursued her research at the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies (Madrid) and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has lectured and visited several Latin American and US academic institutions; among them Boston College, Harvard Center for European Studies, Texas A&M Law School, UNAM Mexico. She is an expert of legal comparison, European constitutionalism and constitutional adjudication.
