Meeting the key figures in the digital sector<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Students from the Master’s programme in Law, Governance & Technology<\/strong>, based at the Issy-les-Moulineaux campus<\/strong>, recently had the opportunity to take part in a number of immersive experiences directly linked to contemporary digital challenges.<\/p>\n

On 16 March, they visited Microsoft’s offices<\/strong>, where they had the opportunity to speak with Nitza Agrait<\/strong>, General Counsel for France, and Chlo\u00e9 Niedergang<\/strong>, a lawyer specialising in IT and data. Discussions focused on the challenges of digital trust and liability, as well as the practical applications of artificial intelligence. This immersive experience gave them a better understanding of how technology (and AI in particular) is profoundly transforming legal, academic and institutional practices.<\/p>\n

Following on from this initial visit, the students had the opportunity to visit Google<\/strong> on 10 April. There, they met Victor Fabre<\/strong>, Associate Legal Counsel, and were able to deepen their understanding of the legal issues surrounding technological innovation. These discussions helped to broaden their perspective on potential careers at the intersection of law, governance and the digital sector.<\/p>\n

In a different context, they were also invited by the French Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP)<\/strong> to present, at its offices, the projects developed as part of the “Digital Public Policy Laboratory” course. During this presentation, held on 18 March, two teams of students had the honour of working on specific challenges set by the DITP<\/strong>, using a design and experimentation approach to devise solutions that balanced political feasibility, technical viability and social impact. The first project focused on regaining control over administrative procedures; the second explored the challenges of transparency in proactive communications.<\/p>\n

Through these varied experiences throughout their studies, students deepen their understanding of digital transformation and develop their ability to apply their skills to real-world challenges.<\/p>\n

Master in Law, Governance & Technology<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

The Master in Law, Governance & Technology<\/strong> prepares students to become involved in digital governance, both in businesses and public institutions, as well as in all areas of social life. Thanks to a combination of solid legal training and the development of skills in technology, humanities and project development, students are able to respond thoughtfully to the challenges of the digital transition. The Master\u2019s programme trains agile lawyers who are able to adapt, anticipate and create the digital society of tomorrow, using a pragmatic, responsible and imaginative approach.<\/p>\n
