Master in European and Franco-German Business Law – Issy-les-Moulineaux campus<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
A unique opportunity to meet an expert in international law<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

On Monday 23 March 2026, at the Issy-les-Moulineaux campus of the Faculty of Law of the Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Lille<\/strong>, students from the Master’s programme in European and Franco-German Business Law<\/strong> (as well as German-speaking students from the trilingual European Law Bachelor’s programme) had the opportunity to attend a Franco-German breakfast alongside Ma\u00eetre Caroline Blondel<\/strong>, associate lawyer at the law firm GGV<\/strong>, who came to share her career path and experience at the Franco-German and international levels.<\/p>\n

The event was organised by Xavier Pacreau<\/strong> (Director of the Master in European and Franco-German Business Law, Head of the trilingual European Law Bachelor’s programme and Senior Lecturer in Public and International Law) and Sandra Cottin<\/strong> (International Masters programmes and Visiting Professors coordinator).<\/p>\n

This special and informal opportunity for discussion enabled the students to explore practical issues relating to the practice of business law in a cross-border context: working with international clients, understanding the French, German and European legal systems, and the professional challenges associated with international careers. The particularly fruitful discussions highlighted the many opportunities offered by this internationally-oriented course.<\/p>\n

A programme at the heart of European and international challenges<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

The Master in European and Franco-German Business Law<\/strong> (in partnership with the University of Passau<\/strong> in Germany) trains legal professionals to thrive in multicultural and demanding environments. Delivered on the Issy-les-Moulineaux campus, near Paris<\/strong>, the programme offers a comparative approach to French and German law, whilst incorporating a strong European and international dimension.<\/p>\n

Throughout their studies, students develop strong linguistic, legal and professional skills, enabling them to pursue careers in law firms, companies or European and international institutions.<\/p>\n

Punctuated by events such as this Franco-German breakfast, the master\u2019s programme offers an immersion in the professional world and facilitates meetings with key figures in international business law.<\/p>\n
