This <strong>solemn<\/strong> and <strong>meaningful occasion<\/strong> celebrated the <strong>class of 2023-2024<\/strong>, named the <strong>Robert Badinter<\/strong> class, and marked a milestone for the Faculty: it was the <strong>very first ceremony<\/strong> to take place <strong>within the Vaisseau<\/strong>, the Faculty&#8217;s newly inaugurated building on the <strong>Issy-les-Moulineaux campus<\/strong>, opened in September last year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31867\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1-1-300x159.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"573\" height=\"304\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1-1-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1-1.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 573px) 100vw, 573px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>An event marked by symbolic moments<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The ceremony was held in the Atrium, the Vaisseau&#8217;s spacious central area, in the presence of <strong>graduates<\/strong>, their <strong>families<\/strong>, <strong>academic and administrative staff<\/strong> and a number of <strong>institutional guests<\/strong>, including representatives from the <strong>Issy-les-Moulineaux Town Hall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This event also provided the opportunity to <strong>formally inaugurate the Robert Badinter lecture theatre<\/strong>, named in honour of the <strong>renowned lawyer<\/strong>, <strong>Minister of Justice<\/strong>, <strong>President of the Constitutional\u00a0 Council<\/strong>, <strong>Senator for Hauts-de-Seine<\/strong> and <strong>Professor of Private law<\/strong>. Following speeches by <strong>Patrick Scauflaire<\/strong>, President-Rector of the Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Lille, <strong>Sarah Durelle-Marc<\/strong>, Dean of the Faculty of Law, <strong>Aur\u00e9lie Thieriet-Duquesne<\/strong>, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law, <strong>Christophe Bellon<\/strong>, Vice-Dean in charge of political and institutional relations and <strong>Fabienne Liadze<\/strong>, Deputy-Mayor in charge of culture at Issy-les-Moulineaux, a <strong>commemorative plaque<\/strong> was unveiled to<strong> inscribe this emblematic name<\/strong> in the <strong>history of our campus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31869\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2-1-300x159.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"566\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2-1-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2-1.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 566px) 100vw, 566px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Graduates were then invited to the stage one by one and the <strong>class majors were honoured<\/strong>.
