{"id":22903,"date":"2023-01-27T09:51:27","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T08:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/?p=22903"},"modified":"2023-01-27T10:52:14","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T09:52:14","slug":"environmental-constitutional-and-international-dialogue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fld-lille.fr\/en\/environmental-constitutional-and-international-dialogue\/","title":{"rendered":"Environmental, Constitutional and International Dialogue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">The \u00ab\u202fEnvironmental, Constitutional and International Dialogue\u202f\u00bb ( ACI Dialogue) is an annual and travelling international symposium that gathers together lawyers, researchers, attorneys, sociologists and other professionals from the field of social sciences and law around legal issues concerning the protection of the environment in a multidisciplinary perspective.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0<b>\u00ab\u202fO\u202f<\/b><b><i>Di\u00e1logo<\/i><\/b><b>\u202f\u00bb\u202f<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">The first edition <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">took place in\u202f<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">2012<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, initiated by researchers from <strong>the University of Fortaleza in Brazil.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Initially based on the desire to strengthen the international dynamics of the Faculty of Law in Fortaleza, the project quickly expanded to other Brazilian universities (UNEMA, Escola Superior Dom Helder C\u00e2mara, the Federal University of Tocantins and the C\u00e2ndido Mendes University) and finally acquired the international dimension it has today.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>The first french edition<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>After the Universities of Lisbon, Porto and Braga in <strong>Portugal<\/strong>, the Universities of Rovira i Vigili, Santiago de Comportella and Sevilla in <strong>Spain<\/strong>, and finally the Universities of San Francisco de Quito in <strong>Ecuador<\/strong> and Studi di Teramo in <strong>Italy<\/strong>, <strong>the Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Lille, C3RD, will host the 17th edition of the event on 20 January 2023 in France.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>The theme of this edition: Ecological Transition and Human Rights<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">This year&#8217;s theme is once again a <strong>major societal interest<\/strong>. The expected contributions will be structured around <strong>an interdisciplinary dialogue<\/strong> leading to a debate on the <strong>&#8220;meta-legal&#8221; challenges<\/strong> that the law will have to address in the near future.\u202f<\/span>Thus, the problems generated by <strong>climate litigation or climate migration, the right to energy, the adaptation of constitutions to climate issues,<\/strong> all key subjects for dealing with what we call the <strong>&#8220;risk society&#8221;<\/strong>, will be the subject of the contributions discussed during the 3 panels and 6 workshops that will make up this Lille edition.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2012, <strong>the annals of the event have been published in two collections<\/strong> (papers presented and papers by speakers), printed by <strong><em>Editora Lumen Juris<\/em> <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dialogoaci.com\/publicacoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">with free access at www.dialogaci.com<\/a>), which include lectures given and papers presented by Brazilian and foreign authors.
